1. Products and Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may appear on the website.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Payment must be made in full at the point of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout.
3. Installation Services
Where installation is included with a purchase, scheduling will be arranged after order confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible and meets any technical requirements communicated by our team. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations (e.g. long piping, additional brackets, or difficult access locations), which will be communicated before proceeding.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including product availability and scheduling constraints. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Warranty
Products sold are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product listing. Warranty claims are subject to the terms set by the respective manufacturer. Inferno Ventures Pte Ltd does not provide additional warranty beyond what is stated, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of aircon installation, orders that have been scheduled for installation or already installed cannot be cancelled or returned. Cancellation requests made before installation scheduling will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.
Any product found to be defective upon delivery should be reported to us within 48 hours for assessment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inferno Ventures Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage not caused by our negligence, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law
